stages of a stay using a transparent editorial framework.
Methodology
Each item receives a one-to-five editorial rating for time
sensitivity, guest impact, and repeat reference. The three ratings
produce a priority score from 3 to 15.
This is not survey or behavioral data. It is a disclosed
prioritization model intended to help hosts structure information
and adapt it to their property.
